Hey followers! This is going to be a long post, but I have to share with you all a great product. I have been wearing this armband, which I purchased from Costco, for a little over a month and I am loving it! Do you want to know how many calories you burn a minute or how much physical activity you are getting in a day? Well, this armband can tell you all of that and so much more. Your account is personalized just for you. In the set up screen, input how much weight you want to lose a week, how active you are, how many calories you consume in a day, etc. and the website will create a plan based on your information.
To give you a glimpse of what it can do, I took screen shots of yesterday’s activity. One of the things it can do is track your meals, but I choose not to do it. I usually eat vegetables, fruits, quinoa, lean meat, etc. and it gets tedious having to measure everything then input the information into the computer. Another thing it can do is display a graph showing you the calories burned during all times of the day. As you can see, I like to exercise in the evening. Who doesn’t prefer running outside while the sun is setting to running on a treadmill inside a room of lit lights? Another thing I like is seeing how much sleep I am getting. Well, I received more hours of sleep than recommended yesterday. It is spring break, so can you blame me? Now after seeing all of this information, I know what I need to do. I need to sleep less and use that time to work out a little bit longer to reach my 2125 calories burned goal. I would never have known that if it weren’t for this little gadget. I highly recommend this armband to make sure you are staying on track to either lose or maintain weight.
After you purchase an armband, you have to set up an account. The first three months are free, then $6.95 is charged for each additional month. I don’t mind this monthly fee because money is no object when it comes to your health. For those of you who have the armband already, how do you like it?
