Kale chips emerged from my dehydrator in less than two hours! Since the preparation is simple, I make different flavored kale chips all of the time now. For these ones, I coated the leaves in Pam Olive Oil Spray, then sprinkled paprika and little sea salt over the pieces. As always, they were crunchy and delicious.
After reading about how a dehydrated kale was a healthy alternative to a potato chip, I rushed to the grocery store to buy a bundle of kale. Two words to describe the kale chips: life changing. Alright, I am exagerrating, but they were really really really good! I was surprised by how crispy they turned out. You might want to triple this recipe because these chips won’t make it through tomorrow at least that is what happened in my house.
